He started his career from a stand-alone hotel and quickly climbed the ladder to manage some of the leading National and International brand as Director Sales and Marketing. With intense passion and excellent people skills, Sudipta achieved many successes at both unit and regional level. During his last assignment as Regional Director, Sudipta played a key role of identifying potential market for business expansion and new acquisition. With proven track record of sales and operational excellence and being a key member in conceptualizing the idea, he plays a strategic role of product acquisition, positioning and management. Along with this Sudipta will also play an active role to develop a niche segment among corporate buyers.
Mr. Roy Abraham, Director and Chief Mentor
Mr Abraham is a visionary with the ability to foresee future trends. A structural engineer by qualification he has headed a number of private and government project spanning over 5 decades within and outside the country. His sheer passion and interest in Hospitality business brought the concept of service apartment and he only conceptualized the first professional apartment hotel in the country. An energetic professional turned into successful entrepreneur, Mr. Roy Abraham holds the passion for his work with the same intensity and attention. He also contributes towards humanity by dedicating part of his time into philanthropic activities. He remains a potential source of inspiration for many successful business ventures across the world; he is also main promoter and chief mentor for this project.
Mr. Sekar Sankaran, Director & Principal Consultant
Mr. Sekar brings in three decades of rich and varied exposure in the Airline, Travel and corporate world to the company. His experience spans 20 years in Senior Management positions of different organizations with global reputation. Earlier he held the key strategic role at Wipro as Global Vice President. He spearheaded a key concept in travel industry and turned a support service department of travel and hospitality into a multi crore revenue module for Wipro. His immense experience in travel and hospitality space contributes with decisive insights into this project and being one of key partners and mentors of this venture Sekar plays a crucial role towards our success.
Rajeev Singh, Director of Technology Development
An engineering graduate with post graduation degree in computer application Rajeev’s world is evolved around new ideas and innovation in technology. He is carrying more than 16 years of experience in Technological enablement of various Organizations. His contributions have been instrumental in Business Process Reengineering, Proficiency in developing program governance and managing the different stakeholders working on various technologies under one program. He carries proven experience in leading the Organization on Technological platform. A certified product manager, he focuses on devising optimized, scalable and expandable solution to the best fit for business across ERP, Planning and other business strategic solution. He holds the critical role of ‘Technical Director’ to build and maintain the technology platform.

Mr. Vinay N, with his rich academic and industry experience for over 15 years in the field of strategic management and administration, has engaged the role of Director Silverpeak Global since January 2016. He serves as an expert advisor. His other undertakings include being a resource Person at UGC – Academic Staff Training College, Bangalore University – MCA Department, teaching techno managerial subjects.
